Does this work with my ANS, Pabau, Cliniko, Consentz or MERIDIQ?

Yes. HelloBella sits alongside your clinical software, it doesn't replace it. Bella handles the WhatsApp and Instagram conversation that happens before a patient becomes a booking. Once they're booked, you continue using ANS, Pabau, Cliniko or whichever system you already use for consent forms, notes and clinical records.

Will I lose my existing WhatsApp number?

No. We give you a brand new dedicated number for Bella, so your existing WhatsApp Business app keeps working for VIP clients and friends. If you'd prefer to migrate your existing business number, we walk you through it during setup.

What if Bella doesn't know an answer?

She politely tells the patient she'll come back to them, and flags the conversation in your dashboard. You jump in when you have a moment between treatments. Bella never invents an answer or makes a medical claim.

How does handover work?

One tap in the dashboard. Bella pauses, you take over the conversation in your own words, then resume Bella whenever you're done. The patient sees it as one continuous chat with your clinic.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes. Sign in with Google, paste your treatment menu, connect WhatsApp, connect Stripe. We've timed it on real clinics between appointments.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Patient data is hosted on GDPR-compliant infrastructure in the EU. We provide a Data Processing Agreement, and you can export or delete everything any time.

Can I customise Bella's tone?

Yes. Choose Warm, Professional or Playful as a starting point, then add your own custom instructions in plain English. For example, 'always mention our top-up package' or 'never quote surgical procedures'.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime. No annual contracts, no exit fees, no setup fees. Your data exports as CSV at any point.

How does early access work?
